Three coverage maps
It appears the 3 have just changed the format of their website coverage
maps. Previously, they showed 3g and 2g coverage. Now inside and outside coverage.

This means that large parts of the country are now shown as only having
outside coverage, which in their words says "You can use your mobile to
make calls, send texts and use the internet in most outdoor locations.
If you’re inside you may struggle to get a signal."

Most potential customers are interested in whether they can use their
phone in indoor locations, at home, down the pub, in shops, etc.
Although the coverage hasn't actually changed, by changing the wording
they have just made it look far worse than it actually is and are
stabbing themselves in the foot. Doh!

Three cheers (no pun intended) for honesty though! Folk I know who have
been on 3 have found them sh*te for reception indoors.
