Actually I was right when I said that Teff flour was high in
gluten:(.  It certainly is but it doesn't contain the gluten
causes or aggravates celiac diseases.

On the other hand, being a proud and noted liar and that
_everything_ I say is automatically wrong, Teff is absolutely
gluten free.:) So any of you good folks likely to keel over
and die from gluten poisoning can go ahead and safely stuff
yourselves full of Teff bread.:)
