That is the 3 part weight, it has no rubber bits.

That is the err... safety thing If the rubber surrounding it feels
very hard and it continues to hiss and bubble when the cooker is up to
pressure it is also worth replacing. The whole rubber bit simply
pushes out from inside the lid.

That is the gasket.

On both our Prestige pressure cookers this bit needed replacing long before the
rubber ring/gasket.
