More training from The Change Collective in the art of facilitation,
this time we are covering;

•    Creative approaches to conflict resolution and behaviour
management with Young People

Through drama and the arts this training will provide alternative
techniques to conflict resolution and behaviour management with young
people.  The training would be beneficial to anyone working within the
community who is interested in developing their practice in
participatory workshop delivery. By the end of the training you will
have developed skills in effective questioning and active listening to
bring about results using solution focused methods that can be applied
to a variety of situations, working with young people in a group
context and one to one.

Who is it for?
The training is for adults and professionals working in roles as
educators/ community workers/ youth workers/ charity workers/
teachers/ artists/ key workers/ health visitors/ family support
workers/ YOS staff/ PAYP staff/ health and social workers/ PSHE/SRE
specialists/ project managers/ workshop leaders/ theatre
practitioners/ schools/ voluntary and community sector agencies/
housing support staff/ police/ SEN staff.


The training will take place over two days in May and will be repeated
again in June for those unable to attend the May dates.

Friday 15th May     10am - 4pm
Saturday 16th May    10pm - 1pm

Option Two
Friday 12th June     10am - 4pm
Saturday 13th June    10pm - 1pm

Training designed and delivered by The Change Collective.  Training
takes places over 2 days and costs only £125.00 per person.
