recipes for roe offal?
I've been given a roe and not wanting to waste, have kept the kidneys,
liver, and heart (well, about 75% of the heart :).

Has anyone got any recipes they'd recommend?

Roe liver is great fresh. slice into about 1cm thick slices and then first
of all fry your bacon and make your toast. Then fry the liver in butter for
just 2-3 minutes (until the last of the blood red colour goes so the slices
have JUST turned greyer.) Great with bacon and toast, fry the kidneys the
same way. I've also eaten fresh roe heart - just slice and fry it but a wee
bit longer than for liver & kidneys. Roasting recipe here on my web site

I have an original 1898 recipe for Faggots that will take care of the Liver.
Kidneys would be fried up with some best bacon and the heart stuffed.
