I want to get a type 1 scope to go up to say 100-150 yards so I can  get in range of bunnies with my.22 before turning lamp on. also to spot the odd errant fox moving about. The one I want is likely to have an IR beam /sensor as well

There seem to be several on the UK market up to say £225 some with mag of x2 to x5

Can anyone recommend  such a gadget & poss source that knows what they are talking about, rather than someone just handing me a box
