No idea. Some Jap market special.

Interesting vid. The Japs (and the French) got 398cc bikes to comply
with their then licence limits. We got 408cc. The Japs and the Yanks got
some bikes with black side panels, which we never did. Nor, thankfully,
did we get that oversized rear light.

Still one of the best-looking Jap bikes ever made.

Ah. I was hoping you might know :)
I've been mentally tinkering with rolling a stainless megaphone to try
on the end of my pipes. Just to hear it...............

Looks like a Yoshi sticker on it, and it's the right general shape.

Can someone damp me down a bit.
What is the format for prices in yen?

Knowing nothing; that appears to be 92.400 yen. Which would be about
60p.............. 600 quid surely?

The Japs, like a lot of people, use what we would consider to be the
decimal point as the 'thousand' symbol.

So about £600, yes.

The paper I edit is globally read and to avoid this sort of
misunderstanding we leave a small gap between the 'thousand' and the
rest of the figure. We don't use commas as some countries interpret
*these* as decimal points....

So what the Japs write as 92.400 yen and what we'd write as 92,400 yen,
the paper writes as 92 400 yen.
