Its your fault and your choice as soon as you get behind the wheel and
start to move. You have voluntarily opted to be in sole charge of a
highly dangerous machine in a public place. Luckily for you though you
happen to live in a society that makes light of that irksome
responsibility and finds every excuse to exonerate you if you happen
to kill someone, like blaming traffic cones.
