Blue wall insulation
Does anyone know if the blue coloured wall insulation will dry out at all?
It's like a dense foam, sort of like the stuff used in an oasis for
flowers.

Can you cut a piece off to play with?

See how it acts under the tap - if it absorbs water which can be
squeezed out it is unlikely to dry out. If it doesn't absorb water, any
dampness that you have should just be on the surface - but beware that
you don't know what has already run around the outside and where it has
ended up.
