Statement of truth
In the event of it being demonstrated that the statement of truth
contains a number of assertions which are not true and can be shown to
be false, is the person signing the document subject to any sanction?
If this is the case, how would one go about pursuing the matter? I am
not interested in financial compensation but am prepared to be bemused
by the likelihood that there is probably no remedy.
Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

The statement if not one of truth but only of a belief as to the truth.

You will need to explain the context in which this statement was offered.

Only if you can show that the person signing the document knew it to be
false.

You ask the judge to rule that the witness is in contempt of court and that
he be fined/imprisoned.
