House rental with shared electric/gas/water
Hi all,

The property that I left recently was a detached house and within the
lands was a separate annex. The annex and house shared electricity,
gas and water meters and I just wondered on the legaility of letting
out this property without informing the tenants of this shared useage
and without any agreement on how to split the costs.

Cheers,
Mark

How was the tenant (you) charged for the services of those utilities? Have
you received a demand for payments that were not agreed in your lease?
