I recently received a PCN for a vehicle which i do not own but which i 
may have been driving. In short,it was a vehicle which is part of my 
employers fleet which would run to thousands of vehicles. The fleet is 
managed by an outside management company. They are the registered 
owners. They received the PCN and it came down the chain to me. The two 
photos on the PCN relate to an alleged bus lane contravention. The datae 
and time are not overlayed on the photos. Looking at the approved 
devices acts it seems that this is a requirement though i dont fully 
understand it. I have requested video evidence and stills. any thoughts?
