Evidence Held up by Court
My Phone was stolen in Late June 2008. It was shortly recovered by the
police after an arrest operation. The phone now is being held by the
police as evidence. The courts have given a date in January 2009 for
the hearing to take place in order to prosecute the arrested suspect,
as he already as been charged with the crime of handling stolen goods.

I am due to leave UK in december 2008 and would not be returning untill
february 2009. Is there any way, I can get the police or CPS to have the
phone returned, as my case officers are not being very vocal or helpful
on returning my property.

Thanks
