Buying online   
If a PC is bought online and it is not what the buyer wants has he/she 
the right to return it for a full refund? Also I would be grateful for a 
look at any sites that give the rules on anything bought online not just 
computers TIA

IANAL

It may also depend on whether the PC has been powered up, which may 
alter the initial "factory fresh" state, i.e. if it has Vista, it may 
have forced some sort of EULA to be agreed to before it booted up.

The software licence agreement is typically tied to that specific 
hardware, which might make it harder to say you do not want it, having 
agreed to something intrinsically tied to it.
