What's your feeling about the fact that a mother can take their son to
the local NHS clinic for a bit of MGM?  Isn't it about time that we
ban that barbaric practise also?

Can they?  I didn't think the NHS paid for elective circumsicion.

It is immaterial who pays.  The point is that the clinic will perform
the operation, and the operation is perfectly legal.
