Kosovo was part of Yugoslavia for five minutes (well more like fifty years).
Honk Kong was culturally, politically, liguistically etc. homogenious with
China for thousands of years.
Whilst one might have doubts about Kosovo's long term sustainability, Hong
Kong is far too small to be realistically independent.
