on the BBC there was a program some days ago they had a charismatic
presenter doing a mock sale of properties in liverpool ... streets and
steets of them all boarded up they'd been empty for several years

the presenter showed building contractors around the streets he asked
one contractor how much it would cost to renovate the properties the
contractor says 'thousands i'd like to get started' he was pointing
out that rows of property had new roofs. he also showed the
properties to liverpool residents who all said they would love to live
in such fine victorian or edwardian piles.

but warren smith won't sell them

the presenter met briefly with warren smith in trying to set up an
interview warren smith said that the properties are not sustainable.
He meant in terms of carbon, in terms of the future

the presenter pointed out that it is a hell of a lot less sustainable
to knock the houses down and rebuild new residences ... or
'villaglies'

the old properties have a lot of character the liverpool residents
interviewed seemed stylish and cultured ... this year is the year that
liverpool is the 'capital of culture' warren bradley has left streets
and streets of properties derelict on that year

warren bradley is a strange case
he leads liverpool city council the worst performing liberal council
in the uk

he is waiting for europe to award liverpool billions to raise the
properties and build anew its in the pipeline

this man is liberal scum

he has been criticised on the web but his council actually contacted
the police no case the police said

liberal scum

i sense corruption this man is 10x worse than derek hatton he ls an
unsavoury little rat

i was going to write a letter to opik its ridiculous bradley needs
REMOVING

but that's not really possible now is it

(tronic) who started ok on this but was interrupted

u get my gist

file under warren bradley / massive corruption / self serving
liberals

this man needs removing

That's the infrequently-performed third verse of The Zombies' "She's
Not
There", isn't it?

warren bradley cut taxes thats all he can say
it's a smokescreen like being a voluntary fireman
he got out of the interview which wasn't even placed by saying that
he'd be 'fighting fires'

the rampant stench of corruption arises from the pit of ignorance

warren bradley is corrupt

Or spread credible rumours that Bank X is going bust so as to create a
run on that bank. When they have collapsed, do the same with Bank Y
and Bank Z.

Or, have a shitty board of people running a bank buying and selling products
they dont understand. The lies that HBOS, Northern Rock and now B&B are
'fundamentally sound', and just a bit of nasty speculation bringing down
these lovely wholesome companies.
