Permanent, £28000 - £31000 per annum  package (pension, overtime)

A client facing and technically astute M&E Maintenance Technician is
needed to work as a resident engineer at a 300 strong, brand new
building in the City of London. The chosen engineer will be able to
work without supervision and need little assistance in maintaining all
M&E Building Services at the site. The client you will be working for
are a Boutique Specialist Insurance Provider - it is essential you
have very stong client facing and communication skills to maintain
close contact with the management to ensure all issues are dealt with
quickly and efficiently.

This opportunity is working for a dynamic maintenance provider so you
will have a long term opportunities to develop into a supervisory role
working as part of their maintenance team. They are also keen to train
their staff to ensure their clients are provided with the best
possible service levels. salary packages include pension and overtime.
