Business Development Manager (M&E Maintenance), London
Permanent, salary and commission open to negotiation


Commission hungry Business Development Manager is being sought by an
equally as hungry M&E Maintenance provider to work from their London
office. With fantastic service delivery of of M&E Maintenance
contracts between GBP 20-600k they have built a firm business of GBP 3
million turnover. They can maintain and build on that current business
themselves - they need the Business Development Manager to bring and
build new business to add to their portfolio to meet business targets
of doubling turnover to GBP 6 million over the next 3 years. The
person responsible for developing this business will claim fantastic
commission for their efforts.

The new Business Development Manager will be building business in
London and the SouthEast and will have experience of winning large,
mullti-site tenders performing the following as part of their role;
* Securing profitable maintenance contracts with new clients, end
users, managing agents, FM Companies or Consultants
* Preparing costings for inhouse and specialist services, consumables,
and comprehensive cover
* Preparing documents for pre-qualification and tender submission
* Handover of contracts to Operations team
* Preparing reports for and attending monthly company and Grouop
management meetings

As well as the above experience you will be able to exhibit a dynamic
sales style, be self motivated, communicate well and bring a network
of contacts with you.

In return the chosen candidate will receive a sales commission scheme
in line with the company targets which will hold significant rewards
to the individual for the growth of the business.
