Quantity Surveyor - Dispute Resolution Bristol
Permanent, £45000 - £70000 per annum  benefits

Owing to continued growth, my client, a market leader in Dispute
Resolution is keen to appoint Consultants and Senior Consultants to
its expanding team.

As with any construction dispute involving technical issues, programme
delays, and economic damages, a critical success factor is the
decision by counsel regarding the selection of the testifying expert.

The right candidates will ideally be chartered quantity surveyors who
can demonstrate a stable career within industry coupled with a legal
qualification. Being comfortable in the running of projects < £20m,
you will be familiar with the process and understand the legal
implication against singed contract.

Being a chartered quantity surveyor, you will inevitably be a member
of a dispute association such as RICS, academy of experts or an
accredited mediator to name but a few.

In return there are excellent remuneration packages paid to chartered
quantity surveys who can demonstrate the above criteria and have
worked within the environment.
