Contracts Manager Southampton
Permanent, £45000 - £55000 per annum  Benefits

Owing to continued growth and a full order book, my client, one of the
most respected regional contractors around; seek a Contract Manager
for its southern operation.

As Contracts Manager, you will be accountable for a portfolio of
project running at circa £30m across 3-6 sites. Demonstrating a stable
career to date, you would have run your own projects circa 15m - 30m
and will be used to running teams.

The successful individual will have a variety of skills including the
ability to motivate a team, planning skills, fully health & safety
aware and confidence to sit in front of the client. You will also,
ideally, be used to looking at contracts from initial estimate though
to contract award including assisting in letting packages.
