We have a very successful restaurant in South Wales and are looking for an 
experienced chef to assist us either in our existing mediterranean style 
sea-front restaurant or in our new 50 cover pub restaurant opening in mid 
May.

This is a crucial position with good prospects for the right applicant, and 
living accommodation may be available if required.

Positive attitude, 100% reliability and attention to detail are more 
important than years of experience, however we are ideally looking for 
someone who has the proven ability to manage stock and kitchen staff and who 
can provide excellent references.  All references will be taken up.
