UK - Lond/M25 - IT Support contract sought
I have 11 years experience working on Technical Helpdesks as 1st & 2nd line
support tehnician, resolving user problems, concerning software including MS
Office applications (all versions), hardware & printing issues - including
SAP & Citrix, as well as network connectivity problems - LAN/WAN & Broadband
& VPN Connections & installing & fixing/repairing computers, with broad
support experience of core desktops and network operating systems, products
such as Microsoft Windows XP, MS Office 2003, networking protocols such as
TCP/IP, with a solid understanding of printer configuration, networking,
active directory and disk imaging.
I have installed and rolled out PCs and laptops on a large scale.
I have used various remote applications and call logging software.
In regard to cabling & patching I have my own equipment: punching down &
cramping tools & cable tester.
I believe to have the appropriate knowledge and experience with a clear
understanding of the degree of service expected from an IT Support team, to
provide an excellent service.
Objectives
Seeking an IT 1st or 2nd line or Desktop support position in a lively
environment providing an opportunity to use my existing knowledge and
experience while acquiring new skills for the benefit of an expending
environment.
In time move on to Technical Team Leadership.
