IT Service Desk Analyst

Responsibilities:

* Train New Hires on the guidelines of the Electronic Media Policy *
Develop and maintain technical documentation for desktop hardware and
software applications * Process and triage all incoming support
requests (phone, email and tickets) * Provide Level 1 and 2 support
for our staff regarding software and hardware incidents * Monitor and
provide Level 1 support for our's networking environment * Assist in
managing the Windows 2003 Server environment (File & Print, DHCP and
Active Directory User management) * Assist in managing the Exchange
20003 environment * Assist in managing hardware and software inventory
* Assist with network and software upgrades * Ensure open channels of
communication between our staff and ITG * Perform project-related
tasks as directed

Qualifications Requirements:

* Familiarity with our business model * Superior customer service
skills and ethic * Experience with MS Windows 2000 computing
environment * Experience with the firm's current suite of software
packages (MS Win2000 Pro, MS Office XP Pro, MS SharePoint 2003, Citrix
MetaFrame, Siebel, Lawson HR, Great Plains, RightFax etc.) *
Experience with Windows 2003 Server infrastructure (1 year plus) *
Experience with Exchange 2003 (1 year plus) * Excellent problem
solving/analytical skills * Excellent oral and written communication
skills * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Must be
able to work in a team environment * Willingness and interest to learn
more about Desktop and Networking systems
