Printing money? - Gov
Just wondered if the figures are available for the historical and current
printing of 'extra to replacement' money by the UK Govt. and where to get
these figs?
I am interested in the devaluation of Sterling. It must be a tremendous
temptation at the moment to "print" money and I wonder if the Govt. is doing it
now as Sterling is devaluing like mad vs Euro etc.. Labour have a track record
from the 70s here I believe. Anyone here clued up and can kindly help a bit
with this?
