Islamic Bank of Britain fixed term investments?
Hi.

www.islamic-bank.com

This appears to offer a good rate for a 2 year bond, although a quick look
at the literature shows that the bank is set up means that this is not
technically described as being paid as interest.

Is there a catch with this product (it does refer to publishing a monthly
target profit rate) or in reality is this semantics that need be of no
concern to those of us not concerned about the theocratic implications of
earning interest?

Cheers.
