This pay slip generator allows you to track your employees, their pay
slips, print pay slips in batch mode or single mode, add custom income
and deduction categories and also tracks leave, sick leave, etc.
Create pay slips from default pay slip data and generate pay slips for
employees from multiple employers in a single batch, e.g. when you have
students that are studying at your premises. Custom reports for
employee pay analysis and setup and tracking of custom income and
deduction codes are also available. (Can also use SARS codes for
income and deduction tracking)
We are constantly adding new features and upgrading old features. Your
Pay Slip generator will check and download updates from the internet
and you don't have to worry about a thing. If you have any
suggestions or problems, they can be reported to us by using the
COMMUNITY menu option inside the Pay Slips Professional, or by means of
the SUPPORT menu option.

- Pay slips can now be made out for a monthly or for a weekly pay run.
- When printing in batch mode, you can select to print in month mode or
week mode.
- Setting up an employee, you can now select the default income and/or
deduction codes via a lookup button.

Calculating the Deductions that was taken from the payroll each month
Graphing the Deduction codes for the year
Graphing the income codes for the year
