As good as I have seen for a while here.

Finished last night, too much on the floor and more germinated grains on
one area than I like. Now got a huge pile of drying to go at, but the
Lishmann pedestals will be working to keep it all fresh for a day or two!

Lot cut around here this evening, straw, even looks good. Everyone busy,
so no news of yield. Lots of weeds coming up in Spring wheat.

Saw two-row still waiting in the rain in Wexford on thursday - not shedding
yet but starting to look sooty. About half a swathe had been cut sometime
ago and -big- skidmarks full of water where tackle must have been winched
out.

Cheerio,

story all over. Big problems with storage. I heard a story last evening of
one largish farmer, Mr. ***** from near Edenderry, sound man, sending the
corn (don't know which sort) into the merchant, the man drawing came back
and told the boss that the merchant had covered the cost of manure and
seed, and that a new deal wouuld have to be agreed.
