Napoleon declares victory at Waterloo
I see Britain's hopelessly corrupt government veterinarians have
issued a new fabrication:

http://www.vmd.gov.uk/Publications/Antibiotic/SurveillanceSuccess.pdf

"STRATEGY FOR DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING A PROGRAMME OF SURVEILLANCE
FOR
ANTIMICROBIAL RESISTANCE IN ANIMALS IN ENGLAND AND WALES
SUCCESS AND OUTPUT FROM THE SURVEILLANCE STRATEGY DOCUMENT
AS OF JULY 2008"

If that is a success, I wonder what a failure looks like.

I imagine they intend to claim group insanity when international
justice finally catches up with them for recklessly spreading mutated
PMWS and "piggy" MRSA around the world.

This lot could rival the late Saddam for climing victory after a
thrashing.

Still what do you expect from the world's first, only and last
vetocracy?

Truth, integrity and honesty?
