There is another one coming in tonight which Im hoping will pass quite quickly. The wind is up already and it has been raining most of the day although not too heavy yet. We lost some very big 40yr old trees last week and the place is rather wet. We were lucky compared to some who fared rather worse. my lambs are a few weeks old and all survived ok. My cows are due to calve any day so Im hoping they cross their legs untill this is all over. Not expecting any fine weather until some time next week. July was rather wet and we had over 200mm. some places in had twice that last week. Lyn , battened down and waiting out yet another storm.
