Companies House "bug"?
I submitted online a set of abbreviated accounts yesterday for the
year end 30 June 2007 which the deadline is 10 months, ie. 30 April
2008.

When I chose the submit accounts option I got the message: "must be
delivered no later than: 01/05/2008".

I know the Companies Act 2006 changes the deadlines in that if the
accounts are up to the last day of the month and if it's a 30th,
previously the accounts were due by the 30th even if there were 31
days in the month but now, in these cases, the deadline is the last
day of the month. I wonder if the programmers have made an error in
the warning because of this?
