Business purchase agreements
I have a client who is proposing to purchase the assets of an
unincorporated business - fairly modest sums really so doesn't want to
involve lawyers as they, at the moment!, are both in agreement to most
points - Dies anyone know of a source of inexpensive template
documentation/purchase agreements they could possible use?
