we sent accounts to Companies House on time,and that's ok. But now we
realized we are late for 363 return )it had to be filed 20 days ago).

Are there penalties only for late accounts or also for late returns?

No penalties for late annual returns but the company will be struck
off if you don't appear to want to send in the return.
