Does anyone have experience with the Financial Statement Editor with the
cs.thomson.com software? There seems to be some step I am missing trying to
just display one darn quantity (any one, say account161 - cash in second bank
- for CP DR). What am I supposed to enter in the TEXT field? I am leaving it
blank? Should it show the quanity on the screen or only on the printout (and
print preview)? 

   I am stuck using this for this engagement, but since I am on the subject,
are there any open source packages (eg on sourceforge.net) which are
comparable?
