ESC c16
Does anyone see any problems with dissolving a trading company under Extra
Statutory Concession C16 prior to 5 April 2008, which has net assets of
approx £150,000 of which cash makes up circa £140,000? Will the distribution
of the assets be treated as a capital distribution and will the transaction
attract business asset taper relief.
Regards
