Quote: Ebay & Paypal optimised and built for IE
For ages now when I buy on ebay and follow the login to paypal I get hit
with an alert box of "Warning this page contains some unencrypted info...
etc".

I finally decided to poke paypal into explaining themselves and after a
series of feeble responses including "Your password is not accepted" and
"You have a corrupted cookie" thrown back at them I got this today after
stating FFox as my browser here;

<quote PayPal Consumer Support>
Our sites for eBay and PayPal are optimized and built for Internet
Explorer. Please attempt your payment as a test for the security level
for IE.
</quote>

I finally cracked & told them it is obviously down to 3rd party adverts,
they just don't want to put their hands up to it. F*king joke.
