This last week the assignment of BBC 1 and ITV 1 regions have been changed in
a number of areas. Notably Cumbria, North and East Yorks, and Gloucestershire.
Sky have been sending out post cards to Sky+ subscribers in the affected
areas, because such changes affect any recordings that might have been set up.
It might well be wrong, but it's deliberate !
