I have sent club alert the following email:
"The transmitter in the end of the golf club may make the club a
non-conforming club (Rules of Golf Apendix II section 1a) and using the
receiver may be in breach of Rule 14-3.
Please check with the R&A before proceeding further.
The market is plagued with clubs, balls and devices which do not conform to
the Rules of Golf.
Without clearance from the R&A that the receiver when used and the
transitter when placed in the end of a gold club do not breach the Rules,
then you have a market. Without that you don't. "
