    You lot just don't get politics. Politicians are only there so that we
have someone to blame for our own collective shortcomings. This country is
going down the tubes no matter what politician is spinning the yarns.
    If you want my opinion (of course you do) our country is in decline
because there's an increasing number of people who consider that a days work
is sitting at a computer screen or fixing computers or IT, instead of
producing things. Take away the computers and what are you left with as a
result of all this 'work', absolutely fuck all, we don't even manufacture
the computers FFS.
    Jump back 50 years and what would all these people have worked at. I'll
bet a lot more would have been making things that could be sold to
foreigners to get their money.
    Computers are slowly but surely becoming and end in themselves, when it
comes to work in this country.
