1) he didn't storm out, he stated he would not be answering questions on 
that subject only on the game which the PC was for, so first question was 
about the topic that was not going to be discussed.  Again he stated he was 
not answering question on that next question same again.... he gets up and 
calmly walks out.

If it really was slander, he'd have taken to the courts - like he has done 
in the past for various reasons. The BBC were reporting about his son being 
investigated for various financial irregularities - all of which was true.
