European Constitution?
Looking at
http://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Charter_of_Fundamental_Rights_of_the_European_Union
It looks, to me, that the major change within the UK will be the
disappearance of paper boys under 16...

Doesn't the UK have an opt-out on the CoFR?
