The BBC a.k.a.'the establishment' point of view...
well its titled

"How dangerous is horse riding? "

and ends on the "poignant" (bollocks) note of...

"Mark Weston, director of Access, Safety and Welfare said: "The health
benefits of horse riding are well known, how anyone can maintain that
taking a class A drug has such benefits beggars belief." "

[...]

really, if you want to examine the health benefits of 'E' only just,
against scientific advice, made a class-A drug, unlike that weston turd
straw-mate would have you believe, then really its physical exercise, it
gives you some energy, and you dance... or whatever... and you feel
pleasant...

it would, I am sure, fly through any 'NICE' or whatever evaluation (if
they were not so biased to kickback money makers) its that any drug
people actually 'like' and really 'works' ist verboten...

not that excess of anything wont do you any harm, but really they rush
this swine flu vaccine on the market and push tamiflu at anyone and these
are quite possibly statistically even more dangerous than 'E'

not that I have ever taken 'E' nor do I want to, though i know
amphetamines are very effective from long time since experience... and E
is only a little tweak of that, which itself comes from the herbal
ephedra.

my point... just another example of political clout enforced by the
establishments legal shitstem trumping any logic or good sense.

my point perhaps as well expressed in the equation...

amphetamine := cheap as chips...

prozac := patented arm and a fucking leg...

of course you got your somewhat more dubious and probably poisoning
100,000 indians (a pittance by their own brahmin standards) downstream
and rather more prescribed flouxetine ;)

I've known people killed and seriously injured by horses, but not a
single person killed by "drugs" or even injured.

yeah... don't understate it... many people have been injured by drugs
(certainly if you include alchohol... brian jones for a start... if it
wasn't murder to get his rights to the songs sorted of course...),
prescription and otherwise, they aint to be taken too lightly...

but I know what you are sayin'

oh yeah... Sheemooona....

Well, there you are then.
Just goes to show how dangerous horses are.
And to qualify my above statement, I have known far more drug users than
horseriders.
