You should take a look (if you haven't all ready) at Richard Dolans
book " UFOs and the National Security State".  A very compelling read,
backed up by excellent documented evidence pertaining to the UFO
phenomenon and government cover-ups.

The only thing governments are covering up is their ignorance.
The UFOs and occupants as described are just too primitive technologically.

No. And that is not two sentences but two clauses of the same sentence.
