Hi everyone,

I'd like to invite you to join a Facebook cause which has the potential 
to raise as much as 1.5 million dollars for SENS

As some of you will already be aware, this cause was set up a few months 
ago by some of our supporters. Since then it has attracted over 1000 
members. The basis of the cause is very simple: Once this cause reaches 
10,000 members, every member will donate $100 to SENS Foundation, for a 
total of 1 million. In other words, your individual $100 donation will 
be multiplied by 10,000. What's more, you won't be asked to donate a 
cent until the total is reached, so you will know that your contribution 
is making a BIG difference.

Additionally, up until December 31st, Peter Thiel of Clarium Capital 
will be matching every donation to the SENS Foundation by a further 
fifty percent. This will include donations made via this cause page, 
meaning the group has the potential to raise a full amount of 1.5 
million dollars to be put towards the defeat of age-related ill-health. 
To capitalise on this extremely generous offer, we are attempting to 
reach our total membership before the end of the year. We think we can

Not if you want to live considerably longer than normal Human lifespan.
Besides, it may be a UK initiative but SENS is an international org.

Charities are poor people in rich countries giving money to rich people in 
poor countries.

Why don't you find out what SENS is about before jumping to conclusions?

I never jump to conclusions and I don't trust ANY
charities since 90% of them act like multinationals
such as for ex the NSPCC and their obscene advertising
which should be banned. I am all for "regenerative medicine solutions to the 
disabilities and diseases of aging"
and even think it's more than absolutely vital , but it's the STATE
who is responsible for advancing research and it's the STATE
who should be financing such initiatives.

The STATE does not want to make people live longer - it's inconvenient 
and expensive and it fucks up pension plans.
