Andrew's view is not inconsistent with the other views,
If there is a God, we have the intelligence to put planes in the
air, and the Free Will to do so, and thus the responsibility to consider
the consequences, (for the birds and us) and we can be thankful for men
of courage and intelligence who save us from our mistakes.

But the idea that God cannot be credited for all the GOOD in
a 'created' world, but is to be blamed for all the HUMAN CREATED
ERROR.  Well, that is contradictory and absurd..  but EVERY ATHEIST
supported this fundie atheist perspective.. none called it inconsistent
and contradictory!  pffft
