Would an end of the EU mean a 'relapse into barbary', as EU apologists claim?
Theoretically maybe. But practically rather not, probably. The european
peoples have got too much used to their peaceful co-existence. And also most
of the economy can only function under peaceful conditions. Sufficient
motives thus to continue peacefully together also without the EU.

An end of the EU, however, would lead to a *liberation of barbary*, namely

- EU's third-world immigration barbary;

- EU's anti-democratic quasi-dictatorship barbary;

- the barbary of wasting away taxpayer monies through arrogant EU
bureaucrates.

Reasons enough to reconsider the subject, it would appear.

You want the EU to surrender their cushy overpaid positions?
Do you realise that more than half of them have an occupation-specific
qualifications and would not even get a jobs as janitors if it wasn't
for the EU.

I can't see how this is going to happen. Whoever conceived the EU knew
very
well what they were doing. Setting up a treason-in-exchange-for-a-job
scheme.

# After two World Wars, it is understandable that Europeans wanted to be
united, even if having to cope with umpteen different languages, currencies,
religions, etc.
That the result may be a bureaucratic amorphous, and cumbersome creature,
a Shaggy Dog Story, need not mean dismemberment is the better option.
The use of the euro is one big advantage, especially for foreign
tourists, who thus don't have to swap French francs for Swiss ones, when
crossing the border.
English may be the de facto common language, despite protests by
Francophiles, but not so much by Germans, granting that core English is
Germanic.
Provided Europe doesn't become a dictatorial new Holy Roman Empire, or
similar, then let its evolution proceed, even if it does totter on,
somewhat.
The road to hell may be paved with good intentions, but what is road to
heaven paved with?
So, provided Europe can define its borders, and thus its territorial
ambitions, then good luck to it.

It's over 370 Million people, with an economy that makes the USA look like a
dwarf, but China, with 26 dialects, and India with over 100 are still kings.

Do you know what is the most read newspaper in the world?

The Times of India.

And William, nobody who reads it is into Jesus Christ or the wonderful fuck
fantasy called "The Bible".

It's mainly Hindu. All Hail the Elephant God with multiple arms and a female
body!

I'm afraid they are, idiot.

There are an awful lot of Christians in India, over 30 million.

A lot of them read the ToI.

The paper that caters to a mainly Hindu audience is 'The Hindustan Times',
also English language.

The elephant God, Ganesh, is very male indeed, and has two wives...
