True.  Homicide is defined as the killing of one human being by the act, 
procurement or omission of another.  A person is guilty of *criminal* 
homicide if he purposely, knowingly, recklessly or negligently causes the 
death of another human being.  Criminal homicide is murder, manslaughter 
or negligent homicide depending on the cause of death....be it 
procurement, omission or act of another.

Correct. Homicide is ordinarily classified as justifiable, excusable or 
felonious.

	Although I would seem to be contradicting myself, in "lay" terms,
^Premeditated^ homicide is usually "seen" as Murder 1,2,3,4.

	^Premeditated^ homicide can be a DGU issue whereas the victim works
out a hide&seek or such plan to evade and stop the (usually armed) perp.
