	In a Kaynuhdian gungrab situation, you aren't even allowed to
talk...ever....except in the traditional 30 day gun disposal hearing method,
which has been used occasionally.

	But in both these methods you definitely need a lawyer, when your
not allowed to talk in your defense.....

	My gun ^Ruger MKII .22^ was all wrapped up with in a highly
reflective wrapper and the cops used it as an evidence identifying
procedure, and I took that opportunity to tell them they were pointing a gun
all over the place, and they would have failed all gun safety course, and if
they were at a range, they would get a shot in the mouth.........

	I was almost facing a contempt of court right there, but my lawyer
was kind'a wimpy at 1st, and I needed a good right hook to categorize them
as *keystoners*.........
