Don Perata, California's leading gun control politician, admits on
camera that gun buybacks don't work. Link to video above.
At 3:20 in the video, Perata admit that buybacks dont reduce crime.
He says some other irrational buncombe, but the admission is damning.
BTW, I appear at 2:30. Weakest interview of my life, but I guess
nobody bats 1,000.
