We  have  to tackle  air  polution  on  more  than  one  front.
Currently  we  seem  to be relying  on  a  reduction  of  gases  being
 released  into   the  atmosphere.
There  is  far  to  much  gas  and  minute  particles  in  the
atmosphere  causing  the  greenhouse  effect   to  be   able  to
confront  the  situation ,  so  as  to  stabilise  the  earths  weather
 climates.
I  would  suggest  that  there  is  sufficeint  technology  to
develope   methods  of  filtering  the  atmosphere  at  ground  level
of  impurities,  then  releasing  clean  air.
Maybe  using  air ships   with  filters  attached  to  fly  over
hotspots.  Yes  I  hear   what  your  saying........crazy   ideas.
Do  we  really  believe  that  countries  worldwide  will  adhere  to
making  reductions  in  greenhouse  gases/particles  into  the
atmosphere.  The  short  answer  is ........NO !
Well   collectively  taking  all   countries,  it will  continue  to
rise  year  after  year.  There
are  far  to  many  sources  in  the  causes  of  air  pollution  to
be  able  to  reduce  this  amount.  Therefore  I  say  we  should
plan,   develope,  test  and  produce   for  the  future  of  the
planet,  for  our  children, and  grandchildren.
